The head of the Russian Customs Service, Vladimir Bulavin, revealed, during a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, that the volume of Russia's foreign trade with world countries amounted to 540 billion dollars in the first nine months of this year, including exports from Russia worth 310 billion dollars.
The "Russia Today" news network quoted Bulavin as saying that the volume of Russia's foreign trade increased during the first nine months of this year by 35% compared to the same period in 2020.
Bulavin noted that a large-scale reform of Russian customs was carried out in 2020, in the framework of which electronic centers were established to provide customs services, which contributed to accelerating the customs clearance process and making it more transparent.
